Brent Blythe is the Broker of Record and a Co-Founder of New and Modern Group LLC, and a senior strategic leader at New & Modern, where he plays a central role in the organization’s business direction, operational integrity, and long-term growth strategy. With a strong foundation in engineering and extensive expertise in real-estate operations, Brent provides executive oversight across the brokerage’s legal, financial, technological, and organizational functions.

In his leadership capacity, Brent guides the development and implementation of New & Modern’s proprietary technology platforms, advanced data systems, and AI-driven initiatives. He is responsible for shaping the platform strategy, defining the business’s technical roadmap, and ensuring that innovation aligns with regulatory frameworks, brokerage standards, and enterprise-level operational goals. He also directs the brokerage’s legal and compliance strategy, overseeing contract architecture, risk-management policies, multi-state regulatory adherence, and internal controls. His disciplined approach to financial modeling, business planning, and operational governance supports the company’s ability to scale efficiently and maintain organizational accountability.

Functioning as a key strategic visionary within the company’s leadership structure, Brent integrates technology, operations, and business development into a cohesive forward-looking strategy. JOHN POGGIOGALLE

John Poggiogalle is the Co-Founder of New and Modern and also leads the Acquisitions, Strategic Partnerships, and Premarket Divisions; with a focus on driving growth and operational excellence across two of the organization’s most critical platforms and Sales Ops Teams. By aligning initiatives, optimizing processes, and guiding platform innovation, John helps shape a forward-looking ecosystem that supports the company’s evolving goals across multiple complex products and platforms.
Working collaboratively with sales leaders across the organization, he focuses on revenue acceleration and continuous advancement of the technologies powering each division. His work centers on identifying opportunities, refining capabilities, and ensuring the platforms continue to evolve in step with customer expectations and industry trends. Through this strategic approach, John strengthens performance, enhances value delivery, and helps maintain New and Modern’s competitive edge.
